Crawfish Color Patterns

~Crawfish Color Patterns~
Female bass that have used up all their energy during the spawn in spring prey fiercely on crawfish, which are the richest protein source among all species they eat. This is the fastest way for the tired lady bass to replenish her energy. Bass also prey on crawfish en masse in autumn. This time, however, their purpose is to stock up energy to survive the winter season, during which the fish maintain low activity. So, crawfish are an ideal target. Bass have better chances of catching crawfish waddling along the bottom than they would with schools of baitfish moving quickly through the water. Crawfish have different colors depending on their region. They also change color with each shedding of the shell. That’s why Lucky Craft’s crawfish selection comprises as many as 11 different color patterns. Experience the power of our crawfish series this coming season.
