The LV RTO 170 is a larger profiled bait but not much heavier than smaller versions of the LV RTO. It's a bigger footprint and comes with larger hooks, making it the perfect bait for ripping through grass, according to Brent Ehrler.

"The larger #2 hooks make it better for grass because you can pop the grass free much easier than you can with smaller trebles and the bigger hooks also give you more leverage for landing bigger fish," says Ehrler. "That's where this bait excels, and I'll yo-yo it through grass, rip it free when it gets hung up, and then let it fall on a slack line and the bait will shimmy perfectly as it falls."
